I want to take a break from our normal blogging and pause––on Thanksgiving, of all days––to thank you for being a part of the Ekklesia 360 community in 2015.

Thank you for doing the work of building up your churches. Thank you for the day-in and day-out of the work you do in your communities and around the world. Thank you for being our customers and letting us partner with you in your online ministry.

And thank you for reading our blog! We’ve had an incredible year of thoughtfulness, fun, and seeking Jesus in our everyday work. But today, we want to acknowledge just a few of the special moments we’ve had with some of you––our ministry partners.

We truly value each and every one of you. We challenged our staff members to tell us about the moments they remember most. We asked them for the times they were most thankful to work with churches all over the world. We are always sharing little stories around the office and bragging on each other’s projects, but here’s some of the moments we’re most grateful for from the past year:

Note: At the time of publication, not all churches mentioned are fully transitioned to their new, live websites. Links will still direct to the finished site in the future.

Lizzie: Customer Advocate

Andrea Boomsa from Sovereign Grace Church is extremely responsive and kind. Also, she is over the moon to start using a church CMS that meets all her needs. She is always patient, and her enthusiasm for the web platform we provide is a great reminder that we really can help people.

Mikkele: Project Manager

The whole team at Everyday Church. They have been very responsive, and even asked me for more stuff to work on to make sure they weren’t falling behind on the project––and they’re only in the design phase!

Chris: Customer Advocate

My favorite church to work with is all our churches, but my MOST favorite is The Village (British Columbia). They are always able to share good ideas about Ekklesia 360 while using our existing system to its full potential.

Charlie: Onboarding Specialist/Customer Advocate

Kelly Haemmerle from Westfield Friends Church. Every time I have spoken to her, she has also simultaneously been answering calls for her church. She transfers the caller and is able to jump right back into our conversation. Getting to help her accomplish her task on each call is a reminder that our product is in the hands of church members and staff with various gifts and skills. She is a great customer to help and is encouraging to talk to.

Makayla: Accounting Clerk

One great client I’ve worked with would have to be Lynda Swandlund from Fredicksburg United Methodist Church. She has such a wonderful spirit and attitude! She always finds a way to make me smile and laugh over the phone! Absolutely love that gal.

Loren: Client Services Manager

LaShane Eaglin at the Episcopal Diocese of Texas sent a pecan pie to our office back in the spring. That was a good day!
